The Fair Work Commission has handed down its 2026 Annual Wage Review decision

From 1 July 2026, the National Minimum Wage will increase by 5.97%, from $24.95 to $26.44 per hour, while minimum award wages will increase by 4.75%.

Dairy farmers should review their current pay rates and prepare for these changes to take effect from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2026.
