Biography

Rachael runs a 500 cow dairy farm in the Macalister Irrigation District along with her husband, Hayden. They have over 20 year’s dairy experience including dairy farming in New Zealand and Australia.

She also runs her own Dairy HR business, Grow Dairy HR Pty Ltd, which includes dairy farm book keeping, all aspects of Human Resource Management, including assisting with employment agreements, labour profiles, and Farm Health and Safety.
