Cert IV Training and Assessment;
Masters in Applied Science (Ag and Rural Development);
Diploma in Applied Science (Agriculture)

Biography

Michael is a Human Resources Project Officer working with the Dairy team at NSW Department of Industry and Investment.

He coordinates and delivers The People in Dairy focus groups in NSW and delivers the human resources component of the Dairy Pathways project.

Michael has also owned and operated a family dairy farm, worked as a dairy extension officer, coordinated traineeship programs and successfully coordinated statewide projects in the NSW dairy industry.

He is specifically interested in:

• conflict resolution; and
• communications and teamwork in a dairy business setting.
