Biography

James grew up on a small farm in northern Victoria before studying a Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Melbourne University. He has worked his way up, taking on more responsibility and working with some great people which he still calls friends.

While working at Warakirri, James completed a Diploma in Human Resources (Dairy). He has been in his current role with Warrnambool Cheese and Butter since July 2014. In this role, James supports both small and large farms with:

• General nutrition
• Milk quality
• Basic agronomy and pasture management
• Human Resources
• Budgeting
