Biography

Ewin is a dairy consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the dairy industry in Queensland and New South Wales.

He provides advice and support on all areas of dairy farm management including:

• workforce planning;
• business analysis and strategic planning;
• cash flow budgeting and budget monitoring;
• solutions in quality assurance programmes;
• cell count solutions.

Ewin is also a fully trained food safety auditor with a passion to help farmers maximise their milk quality bonuses and produce premium quality milk.
