Diploma Human Resource Management information
If you are (or would like to be) advising dairy farmers on human resource management decisions, or you are implementing these decisions on a large dairy farm, this could be the course for you.
The program provides a theoretical and practical foundation in dairy recruitment, analysis of roles and responsibilities, employment law and industrial relations, policies and procedures, management of working conditions, remuneration and employee benefits, induction processes, separation/termination procedures, training and development issues, succession planning and occupational health and safety.

There are 9 units covered in face-to-face workshops, delivered by local and international guest presenters, with a requirement to do activities in your workplace.
