WA dairy farmers who run their business as sole traders, partnerships (unincorporated) or trusts with individual trustees (rather than a company as trustee) should be aware that the 2020/2021 WA minimum wage increase which was delayed due to COVID-19 comes into effect as of the first pay period on or after 1 January 2021
