A Pathway for People in Dairy is an industry initiative to attract, develop and retain people by creating a clear pathway that helps job-seekers to successfully build their careers with dairy farm employers.

This initiative includes enhancement of well-known People in Dairy resources, plus new tools to swiftly upskill new workers, support the onboarding (induction) of new employees and make training more accessible.
