As of the first pay period on or after 1 January 2018, clause 10 of the Pastoral Award 2010 is varied to enable full time secondary school students aged 18 years or under who work as dairy operators (FLH1, FLH3, FLH5, FLH7, FLH8) to work minimum shifts of 2 hours rather than 3 hours.
