Fair Work Act – 1 January 2014 changes

There are several changes to the Fair Work Act that started on 1 January that you need to be aware of:
- New anti-bullying measures;
- New consultation terms when changing regular rosters and working hours; and
- Changes to the termination clause in an IFA from four weeks to thirteen weeks
