The Australian dairy industry has developed a new national leadership program that is the first tier of the 
industry’s three tier industry leadership framework. 

The Emerging Dairy Leaders Program is the Australian dairy industry’s tier one leadership program. 
The 12 month national program will run for the first time in 2016. 

The program is conducted in four residential blocks with online and self-paced learning in between, 
exploring themes of ‘understanding self and others’, ‘community and industry’ and ‘the world’.

Participants will visit three dairy regions and meet leaders of all types while earning a Diploma of 
Agribusiness Management from the National Centre for Dairy Education (NCDE/TAFESA).
