WA dairy farmers who are WA State employers (those who run their business as a partnership, sole trader or trust with an individual trustee) should be aware that as of 1 July 2024 the WA Farm Employees’ Award will apply to them.  This means that they will have to abide by the terms of this award for all non-managerial employees.
